Opening in Spring 2025, Aurum Maui will offer a refined dining experience that seamlessly blends New American cuisine with Hawaii's freshest, locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant is the newest addition to Destination Hospitality Group's Aurum Food &amp; Wine collection – and the renowned brand's first location outside Colorado – led by CEO and Founder Phillips Armstrong, Chef Partner Taylor Ponte, and General Manager Partner Natasha Ponte. Guests can expect an elegantly casual atmosphere featuring "gold standard" dishes, from artfully prepared entrées and inventive appetizers, to decadent desserts and handcrafted beverages. With a deep commitment to sustainability, the restaurant partners with local purveyors such as Hua Momona Farms and Kona Kanpachi, prioritizing fresh produce, sustainable seafood, and whole-animal utilization. Aurum Maui will be open daily from 11am-9pm, including a vibrant happy hour from 3-5pm. Reservations will soon be available via OpenTable. Our Farm to Cup philosophy starts with growing coffee on our 75 acre farm in Kona, located on the beautiful slopes of the Mauna Loa volcano, on the Big Island of Hawaii. Coffee is not the end of the Honolulu Coffee experience, however, as we work with local bakers in Maui to create made from scratch pastries, cookies, and our signature banana bread daily. The restaurant includes both indoor and lanai dining, perfect for any occasion as well as features a signature dry-aging room on-site and two wine rooms. In addition to their delicious steak, they boast a menu full of fresh seafood and an award-winning wine list. An intimate dining room that can accommodate up to 14 guests for private banquets and events is also available. Lunch menu available 11am - 3pm.
