Ukulele Mix Plate
Location: First Level Fountain Courtyard
Ukulele Mix Plate showcases some of Mauiʻs finest ukulele musicians.
After the performance concludes, you can visit Mele Ukulele on the balcony level near Tommy Bahama and get a free personalized mini-lesson or just try out what you have learned on one of the many fine instruments whose prices range from under $60 up into the thousands.
Mele Ukulele has been handcrafting professional-quality ukuleles for over 23 years. Their original retail store location has held the same Wailuku address, on Kaahumanu Ave, for over 20 years. With a second store location at The Shops at Wailea, the company has expanded their inventory, but retained their focus on the ukulele. By concentrating on the ukulele (plus accessories and ukulele-related gift items) and working with genuine Hawaiian koa wood and other top-quality materials, they have become the most established manufacturer, and one of the top retailers, of ukuleles on Maui.
Mark your calendars and join us at The Shops at Wailea to be a part of this cultural experience that involves Hawaii’s official state instrument and historic treasure, the ukulele!
4 hour Special Event parking available for $5 with a portion of the proceeds to benefit a Maui non-profit.
